Cancellation Policy

🌍 Earth + Ember Booking, Cancellations & No-Show Policy. At Earth + Ember, we believe showing up is part of the practice — for yourself and for our community. To keep classes fair and accessible for everyone, please note our booking policies which will stand from 28 September 2025: ✨ Cancellations Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit, unless agreed personally by management. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the class credit or payment made. Waiting list spots: if you’re added from the waiting list for a class, the space will be held as yours for 1 hour. Please confirm within the hour to accept the space. 🔥 Repeat No-Shows We understand life happens — one-off no-shows are forgiven. But to keep spaces fair: 2 no-shows within a 14-day period may result in your advance booking privileges being paused for 2 weeks, and any advance bookings that you have made will be cancelled. During this time, you’ll still be welcome to book on the day of class if space is available. This ensures our embers keep glowing bright and no one misses out on a spot. Advance Bookings - to ensure fairness across our booking system, we can only allow bookings, unless for an event, up to 14 days in advance of the class.
