Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At Earth and Ember Yoga, we understand that plans can change.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, we’ve established the policy for class bookings:

Class Cancellations.

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund (for one-time payments) or a credit returned to your class pack or membership pass.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time are non-refundable and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged in full. No-shows will also be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

How to Cancel.

You can cancel your class by logging into your account, using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, or contacting us directly at least 12 hours before your class.

Additional Notes.

Refunds for eligible bookings will be processed using your original payment method.
