Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At Earth and Ember Yoga, we understand that plans can change.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, we’ve established the policy for class bookings:

Class Cancellations.

Cancellations made at least hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund (for one-time payments) or a credit returned to your class pack or membership pass.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class start time are non-refundable and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged in full. No-shows will also be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

How to Cancel.

You can cancel your class by logging into your account, using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, or contacting us directly at least 4 hours before your class.

Additional Notes.

Refunds for eligible bookings will be processed using your original payment method.
